Sorry hun, but that doesn't work. You actually need to improve the schools first and she was one of those at the helm when MCPS started to slide.

LOL MCPS never slid. The only difference is the county's overall demographics are different than 20 years ago. We have had mass immigration that has changed things, so overall, standardized test averages are lower, but the same kid can get the same education or even better than was offered 20 years ago, so there is not really anything to worry about.

Except it hasn't. The PP was correct. You just wish to misrepresent demographic shifts that are a national trend as MCPS slipping because it suits your political agenda.
