And MPD doesn't give a crap. Wonderful.

Your consistency is telling. Go do your job and leave the politics to citizens.

Ward 4 resident. Another shooting outside my building last night. It’s becoming a once a month occurrence.

Manor Park? It used to be quiet over there but it's been a mess for the last 18 months.

It's almost like the same old tactics of "more police patrols" just shuffles crime around instead of actually addressing it.

Actually, this is what happens when cities employ violence interrupters. The violence just moves to where the interrupters aren't.

This is how I know you don't live in Ward 4. Because Manor Park is famously where a violence interrupter shot a Safe Passage worker in the head outside of a school - your assumption that it's patrolled by cops who are crowding out progressive savior policies is idiotic.

Wipe the egg off your face.

The shooter was not a "violence interrupter" and has actually never been identified. Stop spreading rumors.

Also, the point the person was making is that police patrols in other neighborhoods have moved crime into the formerly quiet Manor Park.

Just to clarify, the shooting I was referring to last week was on the Ward 4 north side of Lamond Riggs. The drug corner a few blocks north has been dormant for a while, but the shootings are more frequent.

It’s a L for our community if we end up with more of the same. I’ve been robbed once already and it was a nightmare.

I think it's weird that the pro-JLG contingent on this thread has repeatedly accused people unimpressed with her of being a member of an opponent's staff, and then turn around and post things like this. Every accusation is a confession.

Besides, what this shows is that less than half of JLG's contributions even come from Ward 4 constituents. Is that a flex, because it seems like the opposite.
