Please pray for everyone who's neighbors are too selfish to trim or take down dying/dead trees

Anonymous
It's in God's hands now, but I hope people will think twice next time a neighbor expresses concern about the dangers your tree poses due to disease, death or overgrowth. If you won't handle it yourself, at least give your neighbor permission to trim or remove if needed.

Human lives are more important than property value and view! Dead trees are not meant to remain standing for your privacy.

I'm with you.

Our neighbors aren't able to cut down several trees due to financial issues. I can definitely empathize, but it sucks. There is one tree that is clearly dying. We've had it checked out by an arborist. We even offered to have it trimmed, but they said no.

So you want us all to pray for...you? If its in God's hands it's in God's hands, right? If I thought prayer worked I'd be heading over to Children's to pray by some bedsides,.

Not everyone can afford to trim their trees. It is very costly. If you want the trees trimmed over your property regardless of who owns the tree, go for it. Otherwise, don't be so dramatic.

Wow, some mean posters on here. OP, I am with you on this. We have very large trees in our neighborhood. Last storm, one fell onto a truck. Still, neighbors are saying no to cutting them. A couple trees are slanted towards our house and it scares me. If it falls, it's over for us, it's huge.

Don't buy property you can't afford to maintain.

You missed the part about neighbors not allowing you to take care of it even if you will pay for everything.

Dramatic? I guess you don't know anyone killed by a falling tree or anyone who had a large tree fall on their house. I do and I find it disrespectful for you to think it's no big deal.

Falling trees kill people all the time. They cause expensive property damage. If I were in OPs shoes I'd be scared too. Her neighbors are worse than jerks for risking her life and well being.

You don't need the neighbor's permission to trim limbs hanging over your property.

God will protect you, right? So what's the worry? It doesn't matter if anyone trims their trees or cuts them down because you have God on your side, don't you?

What an awesome example of passive aggression!

17:18 - THIS.

If you can't afford your property, time to move. Easy.
