She then mentions she talked to close friends about her fears he was cheating and they all said there is no way he’d do that. Then she talks to Glennon who had a cheating husband and dealt with sexual betrayal for advice. She says she was half right about what Brandon had been up to, and it was the oldest story in the book. All indicators suggest adultery of some kind.

I think the pp gave a very plausible theory of how things shook out. It would also explain why their girls have taken the betrayal more personally, and why Jen is trying to go full bleach blonde like Tina.

I don’t know Tina’s character but her clothing choices are not typical of other 50 year olds, even for ones as fit as her. She has been on the hunt for a good man and Brandon no doubt played the suffering husband card and she’s his savior. Time will tell if they can rise above all the carnage. Given the level of hard liquor they consume regularly I have my doubts.

It’s the pigtails for me

If by “a bunch of us” you mean two.

I don't really understand who this person is but I am amazed at the vigor of this thread across such an extended length of time! You all have more to say about (a social media person?) than movie stars, etc? I don't think I get it.

Haha, see how the troll keeps shaming. I mean throughout this thread when someone makes an educated speculation or a longer thoughtful response there has been these shaming comments by troll type commenters. Then in response there are often several people who affirm they actually appreciated what the attacked commenter had to say. It’s happened repeatedly.
No worries though, trolls are people too and they can say what ever they want. I simply appreciate the way folks rally to the aid of the one the troll is trying to shut down. It’s a strange kind of virtual justice.

You people are buzz kills. Can we get back to the topic at hand??

You are not wrong. Jen is a has been conservative Christian writer/speaker. She endeared herself to certain sub culture of Christian women then radically changed her calling card to woke deconstructed christian celebrity influencer. She’s completely irrelevant to the larger societal narrative. But for a few of us who either followed her for years or went to her ill-fated church we can’t seem to look away. Have mercy, I doubt it is something any of us are particularly proud of but we are intrigued so we the thread alive. If it’s creepy to you feel free to move along.

Yes please, what brilliant insight would you like to share with us about Jen?

Not creepy to me, just mystifying. Maybe a little disappointing too because I come here often looking for diversion and keep seeing this person I've never heard of claiming space when maybe you all would otherwise be discussing people I am interested in. Not a big deal and I appreciate the TL;DR.

For sure Jen & her minions are on here and that midnight Jen-is-a-goddess post was a drunken mecamp post. We’ve seen jen almost directly respond to posts here on her Facebook.

As for Brandon, we know for a fact he has posted because he told us. Maybe he doesn’t look every day but he definitely checks in. Like maybe from Cancun after a few margaritas.

They’re here. Definitely.
Hi jen!
Hi Jenny!
Hi Shonna!
Hi Brandon!
Hi Tina!

When did Brandon “tell us”?

Back on page 55 there’s a post supposedly by Brandon. He was defending the legitimacy of legacy collective. Which struck many as odd since there were many other things said more controversial he could have taken issue with if it was in fact him at all.

I would venture to say why would anyone read to page 175 if they don’t care??

What a delightful surprise this thread is tonight. I suspect whoever posted that “sleuthing” is more in the know than they are letting on.

I got to this thread and the one about Glennon Doyle by googling “I can’t stand Glennon Doyle” so I’m just reading the most recent posts and feel so relieved I’m not the only human so cringed by Jen and Glen 🤣

i don't think he moved right in with tina. his first pics in his new apartment(?) were pretty sparse, not a chicks already-lived-in place.

I was thinking about that post too so I looked it up. Jen posted on July 26, 2016 that she shaved her legs for Brandon's birthday, but he left the lake house rather than spend the night because he had "an early meeting."

I don't think Texas Barbie was his first affair.
