Is that why the vast majority of pedophiles are heterosexual men? ![]() |
More % of pedophiles are gay than the average number in society. Don't be purposely dense ![]() |
It's people like you who are truly frightening. Stop spreading outright lies and educate yourself. |
It is supposed to be a cultural exchange, not a way to hire a nanny without paying minimum wage. They should not be doing any more child care than you would expect from your own daughter to provide to siblings. |
Perhaps make better choices then? |
I'll get a supply of nitrotrinadium and ensure everyone's got their own hot tub time machine. (And I was one of the few to see the sequel -- although Kull the Conqueror was the biggest box office bomb I actually saw in the cinemas.) |
I agree. |

And the best Necco flavor is clove (purple). |
You two are officially the biggest freaks in this entire thread! |
From au pair in America : Au pairs can work a maximum of 10 hours a day and 45 hours per week. The au pair is entitled to one and a half days off each week, which means that if her hours are spread over 6 days, one of those work days cannot exceed 5 hours of work. Au pairs get a full week-end off every month, from Friday night to Monday morning. Any hours that an au pair has responsibility for the children, even if she is sleeping, are considered work hours. That's a little more than my kid would be expected to do. |

As an Italian raised on Anisette, I don't think you have room to mock my "licorice-loving" background. |
It has become a work program masquerading as a cultural exchange program. Many people who hire au pairs would be up in arms if anyone expected their own children to work 45 hours per week for less than minimum wage. But for lobbying from the placement agencies, the Department of Labor would oversee placements and ensure fair treatment for these women. I hope that the class action lawsuit referenced in this article results in changes. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2015/03/20/au-pairs-provide-cheap-childcare-maybe-illegally-cheap/ |
