My coffee tastes so good this morning looking at all the sad faces this AM. Get rid of filibuster and stack Supreme Court for the Dems! You’re welcome!

It’s immigration, inflation, gaslighting by the media that people have picked on, hysterical behavior by the left that is no longer effective (he is a nazi because he held an event at MSG!), Americans feeling safer geopolitically with Trump in the White House (no war with the Middle East!)…I could go on.

For me, it was Harris stating publicly many times that Biden was fit for office. Her statements demonstrated to me that she will not put this country first.

I don’t really like either candidate but Trump was still preferable to me.

I’m no fan of the Clinton-Biden-Harris camp but ARE YOU EVEN HEARING YOURSELF? Trump was preferable? You sound like an intelligent person, this guy is openly collaborating with American enemies. I under the blue collar worker in Michigan voting Trump. But you?

Let’s see if the jackhole will end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours, bring peace to Israel, eliminate federal taxes, cause a box of Special K cereal to drop to $2.99 instead of $5.99 … he will do none of it!

Me too. I don’t understand. [/quot

I think all the dead voters stayed dead this go around.

This is Rock The Vote round 2. No one who promoted voting for Harris actually voted for Harris. Not one celebrity was likely registered to vote.

Economy
Illegal Immigration
Geopolitics
K-12 education and college debacles

Personal shit or state shit is just that.

It’s ok. You don’t have to get it.

According to polling he is. And according to polling Harris is more likable than HRC.

This election was not about who was more likable. Maybe be for you, but not as a whole. A lot of the people who voted for Trump don't really like him. They are just mad about the economy and immigration and blame Biden,/Harris.

I think it’s funny that you believe the exit polling 24 years after we stopped using them to call elections.

Single questions are no good. They are only helpful in the aggregate.

Except the exit polls of independents showed it was Trump - maybe those are the ones we should focus on.

+1 Instead of belittling the every day working person trying to meet ends meet, reach out and truly listen to what he or she is saying. Instead of calling them racists, misogynists, fascists and worse, listen to their concerns and promote policies that will help them. Almost any time anyone on this forum mentioned concerns about crime, inflation, and the border, that poster was mocked and derided. Democrats showed the same reaction prior to and during the election. The MSNBC panel is what Democrats need to NOT be doing.

So. His job is to stick it to the libs. Mission accomplished. He's done. He's going to drink diet Coke and watch TV.

Trump isn't going to do anything about any of those issues except talk about them.

That's not nonsense. He had a term and his big thing that he did was give tax cuts to rich people. Look it up.

PP here. That may be true, but Democrats need to address those issues.

Huh? There was a border bill, a real border bill.

Anyway, the The dems were kicked out. The libs are owned. Stock up on the diet Coke, change the batteries in the TV remote and clear the weekends for golf.

No, a real border bill is what we are going to get now that the GOP has full control of congress.

Agree but they are still going to do it.
I think they’ve declared at least 6 times this morning that “we’ve learned that fear and anger wins elections”

No.
Legacy media tried fear and anger and it was not effective at all. They tried angrily reacting to hyperbolic sarcasm and treating jokes like threats, accusing supporters of being racist, supporting a facist, and trying scare tactics like “he’ll be a dictator! You’ll never vote again!”
None of that worked.

And they still want to talk down to the electorate in moral superiority without attempting to really know why this is not effective.
