Kane, if you're reading this please, please get a new cohost that can actually can do the Hollywood dirt and know what's going on!! Rose has most of the day to get the dirt and know what's going on. She is a awful cohost!! Adds nothing but um...hmmm...I don't know...I love you!!!

They are in an almost no win situation. Rose clearly is not ready to be a primary host (I think she can do fine as a bit player like she was before), but their reputation can't afford to have another female host leave unless it is seen as she is being promoted elsewhere within iHeart.

However, if you bring someone in new to be the primary female, then Rose would have to see it as a demotion and probably prompt her to leave when her contract is up (which may be this summer - both John and Danni kind of came in on 2 to 2.5 year contracts it appeared and Rose's 2 year anniversary is this summer).

So unless Rose was clearly told up front that her designation as primary female is temporary, one would expect hard feelings if a new female is brought in. I am not sure what it is with Rose except for I see her lacking maturity for some reason. The voice imitations she makes of the intern hoody or whatever else drive me nuts, but I didn't mind her at all when she was clearly the second female.

The weird thing is that her photo's that she posts shows that she has a lot of personality, but when she talks, she's dull! Really adds nothing to the show.

Kane posted earlier to tweet #ispothot if you saw him driving around the station vehicle today. I feel bad for him as best as I could tell, no one used the hashtag all day. I think he mentioned it this morning as well.

Do you really think Rose would quit a huge show like TKS? She only would if she doesn't plan on working in radio anymore. Any radio job she'd get after this would definitely not be as big as being on TKS. They'll wait a few months, ease in a new female lead, Rose will go back to being in the background and she'll suck it up, get a paycheck, and have a great job.

Maybe his audience has dropped more than he thinks.

Or it is teenagers that are the audience for the most part now and they would be in school during the day.

OMG! This is one of those "capitalization is important" things! I thought the hashtag read "is pot hot", and was thinking Kane was celebrating 420. Apparently, it's supposed to be ISpotHot or I Spot Hot.

I think she's just very uncomfortable. If TLC is coaching her, she's definitely not taking their notes. I think it's passable for what it is, though. We're talking one minute bits on cable tv, not the Nightly News on NBC or anything. That's her next step. She'll be the black Lester Holt!
