It gives you a lot of insights on what to avoid.

So I’ll say it- Avoid Valor at All Costs… especially the $3k + costs! Don’t forget, you have to buy your own pizza and drink for parties that are thrown by Valor. And $100/head for “gala”…. Pay for your trophies.

Can’t wait to see the pics and who made it coach of the year- will it be a toss up bc parent coach or parent coach?

So getting back on task, does anyone have word on what Valor might do? 1) Do Nothing (most likely); 2) Establish new alliance and stay ECNL; or 3) Go GA/ MLS (probably MLS2 and Aspire)

Since Valor hasn't addressed this or done any sort of damage control, I'm guessing option 1. They will stay ECNL-RL as a standalone club. They don't have the foresight to have planned another alliance even though they apparently knew this was coming. If they were smart they would have fought to keep the ECNL badge that Loudoun/NVA dropped and tried to form an alliance with another club(s).

Wow, I haven't been on this site for while but thank you to all the crack head Fairfax parents for keeping these threads alive. It's a club! Like all clubs, they have their faults. All clubs have a running thread how messed up they are so zip it already.

I supposed that still could be possible. Loudoun and NVA pulled down their info from their website. It seems like all of this has been communicated poorly, so they could be letting the dust settle a bit…I dunno. I think they need to communicate something by EOD Monday otherwise they are not reacting or communicating. However, I would have not expected them to communicate yesterday because this information isnt public and is starting to leak from the townhall late last night.
