Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (PART TWO)

I enjoyed the show for last two days (at least the bits I heard). I think Erick should be on more often, he's funny

Ok, you try to take off 180+ days a year from your job. See how long you keep your job.

I'm confused. Do you miss her? Or do you want her on the air to say how annoying she is? Or are you her exec who's cutting her checks?

I don't miss her, I am just saying that they seem to give her any and all the time she needs off and she's lucky they don't let her go.

^ Agreed! Isn't the contract with radio hosts that they need to be on air for a specific amount of days?

Then you should get her agent to rep you the next time you're up for negotiations. I have about 55 days of leave accumulated, so I don't see why it's so strange for someone to take time off.

How long have you worked at one company to accumulate that much time? Most places have a max in terms of hours/days and then you lose it or have to use it.

About 10 years, I have until 1 Oct before I'd be forced to use any 'extra' leave.

That is over 400 hours you racked up.....you must rarely use vacation which is pretty sad.

Ha, thanks for the concern. I work 4 days a week with 3 day weekends which means 4 days of leave earns 10 days off. You tend to "rack up" the days unless you plan on a really extended vacation.

Any more commentary/questions about my leave balance?

Matt Lauer seems to always be off on Fridays. Danni's star power is about the same as a Today Show host so it makes sense that she can pretty much make her own schedule.

This is either hilarious or very sad.

Danni is hardly equivalent to Matt Lauer! That's just a hoot!! However, after the long Christmas break, they kept saying how they are now in it for the long haul, as they get 2 weeks off @ Christmas and 2 weeks off in July, so they kept saying no breaks until July. Now, obviously that wouldn't include sick days, but we all know that heaven help her, if she's sick she's blowing up social media begging for sympathy. Lol! So, yeah, something is up. As the Kane Show is all about "family " so, yeah, if she was sick they would be saying so. Plus, it seems she is always sick, in her head maybe. But she's always claiming how sick she is, or how sick she is getting.

In regards to sick time, I accumulate 1.25 days per month. Now, I've had 2 kidd and have taken off 12 weeks for each so I've only got 43 sick days, which has taken 12 years to build back up. However, I can't just miss whenever I want without a doctors excuse either. Maybe she's back at her "self designed" therapy.

Based on Dann's IG post, she's having a meltdown and her daughter caught her crying.

I don't care for her too much, but I'm not going to judge her one way or another.

Maybe now she's actually thinking about that divorce that she was oh so happy to brag about?

I don't care why she's out, I'm just enjoying the show. Is it too much to ask for a morning show with no meltdowns and crying or hosts giving you a play by play version of her menstrual cycle??

Wonder if the show is live Monday or repeats for the federal holiday?

Pretty sure it will be a repeat.

Must be something going on, I was expecting an annoying VDay post from her. I know she said "on hiatus" but then continued to post after that...hmm.

I'm an advocate for Danni to take a forever leave, preferably to a mental hospital where she's encouraged to work on her superior complex among other issues. No, I don't feel bad she's crying, and I don't even feel slightly bad for saying that. I'm sure we'll know soon why though through a lengthy status update on Facebook where she typically seeks attention.
