I don't miss her, I am just saying that they seem to give her any and all the time she needs off and she's lucky they don't let her go. |

Or are you her exec who's cutting her checks? I don't miss her, I am just saying that they seem to give her any and all the time she needs off and she's lucky they don't let her go. ^ Agreed! Isn't the contract with radio hosts that they need to be on air for a specific amount of days? Then you should get her agent to rep you the next time you're up for negotiations. I have about 55 days of leave accumulated, so I don't see why it's so strange for someone to take time off. |

So I have been listening, and I have never heard them mention her since she has been gone... If you are a regular listener, you know that they are ALWAYS very upfront whenever anyone is out for any reason. It is not uncommon for them to mention who is out and why definitely first thing in the morning, definitely preface the Hollywood segment is Rose is doing it by saying something like "Danni is out today so Rose will be taking over Hollywood", and if someone is sick, say stuff like "We hope she feels better", etc. I think it is pretty obvious that they were told to basically act like she doesn't exist for the time being... My guess is she is on leave (personal or whatever) and they aren't 100% sure she is coming back... Again, just a guess, but if it is a routine vacation or break, they are usually MUCH more talkative about it. |

Most places have a max in terms of hours/days and then you lose it or have to use it. |

Most places have a max in terms of hours/days and then you lose it or have to use it. About 10 years, I have until 1 Oct before I'd be forced to use any 'extra' leave. |
