Do you sleep on a queen or king bed?

Am I ridiculous for getting a new queen mattress as opposed to a king. King will require a bigger bed frame to match our set and thus more money, and new sheets and bedspread, etc...

Queen.

queen, though I always request king in a hotel

Queen. If we had a king-sized bed we couldn't get into our bathroom or closet.

DH wanted a king-sized and I didn't care either way so we have king.

Queen. And we bed-share with our toddler!

Why would that be ridiculous if you are comfortable with that size? We have a king, but DH and I really like to sprawl out...

Love the king.

Queen. Our rooms are too small for a king, though I would love one.

I really, really want a king but we have two queens (our room and the guest room).

Queen. Whenever we stay in homes with king mattresses, there is always a big lump in the middle, and the sides always slope down away from the middle. It's hard to sleep close to DH that way, and that's why we both prefer queen.

Queen.

And we have a very large MBR, so it looks a bit small in there...but we don't care.

Full! And we sometimes get our 3 and 1 year old in there with us. We'd prefer a queen, but the full has worked for the six years we've been married.

I've had a king bed since I was in high school and now if I sleep in anything smaller I feel like I'm on a cot.
