Do you sleep on a queen or king bed?

We've had a king for years. I'm very uncomfortable in anything smaller.
We are both tall people. I also get really hot at night and can't have someone's body heat making it worse. |

And we sometimes get our 3 and 1 year old in there with us. We'd prefer a queen, but the full has worked for the six years we've been married.
