Hi, Rachel Meghan! |
Because they own large swaths of expensive real estate in London and have land throughout the Commonwealth. This, , would make them the wealthiest family in the UK. |
At Thomas Battersea School, Will and Kate’s kids are called George Cambridge and Charlotte Cambridge. When Harry was in the military, he was known as Harry Windsor Source: Hello magazine. |
Gawd, I’m so over them. Boring and stupid. |
So much for the people on this board saying she was old and wouldn't give him children. |
DP. Of course it will be huge. 1. The fact that people hate Meghan so much draws a lot of traffic. If you look at the daily mail online her stories draw the most engagement out of anything they put out. Hell, look at how many comments are on this thread! 2. Oprah has built a billion dollar empire from nothing on knowing what people will find interesting. So it’s a good bet someone will be watching. |
They are shrewd. Personally I find them both irrelevant and I detest fame granted for no identifiable reason ala Kardashian but you have to hand it to them, they are smart. Rather than living in the shadow of William and eventually William’s children being told what they can and cannot do and dependent upon William and the crown to hand out their money they have moved on and are creating a name for themselves and their children. I think they are hypocrites and all over the place but it’s still smart and I don’t blame them. |
It's a perfect symbiotic relationship between Harry/MM & Oprah. In this particular interview they need each other to stay relevant. MM is preg so that always makes for a fascinating talking point no matter who you are. The rest of the interview will be boring dribble about equality, peace and harmony, blah, blah, blah |
Meghan is shrewd. Harry is along for the ride. |
Is Meghan again going to complain on Oprah that no one has asked how she’s doing? |
I disagree. I think Meghan is the brains but Harry has shown he has a lot dedication to causes + knows how to build a strong network. He spent his 20s building 3 international non-profits; one of which is set to rival the Special Olympics in scale. He could have spent his 20s just falling in and out of clubs and doing nothing. |
+1 Harry picked Meghan for a reason. He wanted someone to help him get the eff out. Look at the pathetic lives of Margaret and frankly most of Charles siblings. Just a bunch of divorced sad sacks with no legacy of their own and dependent on their family’s largess. As soon as William had kids his interests and Harry’s became diametrically opposed due to the way the system is set up. |
I've probably opened this thread 4 times ever. I watched Meghan and Harry's wedding and I loved The Crown. Other than that I don't keep up with anything related to the royals. With that said, I will be watching the Oprah interview. Sounds like it could be juicy! |
+1. He wanted out. He wants all this. He's not suffering, people. |
Here’s a recap of the Oprah interview:
-The Royals didn’t protect Meghan. -The British press were relentless -We were forced to leave to protect our family and our own mental health -We quickly realized we could do more good (read: make more money) without being bound by Royal protocol -Our miscarriage was devastating and we were in a dark place at the same time the press was bashing us/invading our privacy (read: not worshiping us) -We were blessed (#blessed) to give Archie a sibling -After a proper maternity leave (read: when I can sell the pics or release them for the launch of our rebrand), we will continue our important work to save the world |
