Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (Part 3)

Anonymous
I bet Kane takes issue with his money being her money. It doesn't work that way, they are no longer a couple. He seems fed up with her and her not working I'm sure feeds into that. Get a job.

I did have a friend whose parents got divorced and her dad was a rich doctor paying for her mom who didn't work. She lived in a really nice house and he paid for everything, but she had terminal cancer (a kind she could live with for a long time) so she couldn't work. Her dad even sued her mom for lower alimony (and lost), saying she should be working. Kids were grown and out of the house by this point.

Kane makes enough money to support her without her having to. There is nothing wrong with being a Sahm. When both girls are in Scholls full time and they are older she probably will get a job. She's not stupid, she actually very smart. Just keep in mind, kane's money is her money too...he couldn't do all those additional gigs without her being home with their children. When she's ready to post her blog, she will!

Are you her family or one of her friends? Have you ever heard of a babysitter? He doesn't need her at home to do things, millions of women make it work every day.

How much longer is his money her money too?

You seem to know. Want to elaborate?

The reality is if Natasha did what Kane claims she did, she will not get as much alimony and she thinks she will get. That is the bottom line.

My parents split after 20+ years of marriage, and my mom got a job in retail, after working in a day care for most of my childhood. Retail is something, and Natasha clearly has no desire to work. She got a "goldmine" marrying Peter, as he probably close to half a mil a year if I had to guess.

Natasha is smart. She has a degree in marketing or business, I can't remember. She had a career before she decided to become a sahm.

Not being snarky, but what was her job/career?

I think she worked in radio. I'm sure there are lots of jobs she could have. Even a part time job would show her contributing in some way....

Here's the thing: Natasha had/has long term Lyme disease. She's probably on a lot of meds and supplements as a result. When you go to the Dr or the ER with that history, they assume you are a nutcase, even if you are there for a totally unrelated and valid reason. I believe that the doctor sent her home without a real examination.

I've had Lyme disease, my husband has Lymes disease. You don't take mess for it after

For chronic lyme? you don't need to take anything?

There's no such thing as chronic Lyme

That's a crock of bs. I lived with it and I am a rational, normal human being. Don't say shit like that until you actually experienced it.

Honestly how does a person have access to the internet and then say there's no such thing as chronic lyme? Look that shit up.

Natasha's latest FB/IG post sure does hint at her next blog post having a lot of "drama" in it. Can't copy and paste because I'm on mobile.

Nevermind I figured it out

I've had the skeleton of my next post scribbled out on that notebook for days now but when I sit down to put it all together I keep getting stuck. There's SO much in my life right now, I'm hoping that this much drama at one time will be enough to meet my quota...FOR LIFR. So today, while the girls are with daddy, I tried again to clear my mind enough to write, but...do you ever feel like there's so much dust floating that you can't do much until it settles enough to find your clarity again? That's how I feel, but instead of sitting around & watching Lifetime movies to avoid the gravity of missing my children I'm cleaning out my house. I want them to come home to a place where at least on the outside everything is in its place...it's safe. I just wanted to check in with you though, & let you know I'm good, really. #onedayatatime And bonus, I just dug through my thrift store mountain & found the most amazing vintage earring, it's just her, but that pink sparkle is a little thing that gets me excited. I see a fabulous pendant being my reward for the hard work! Do you have days like this?

I am not sure if it was her only job, but I know Kane has said Natasha was a bible school teacher when they met... So yeah... Probably didn't pay too much. I am sure she has other skills and I know she went to college, so she should be able to get some kind of decent job I'd think.

I am not saying she SHOULD get another job... None of us here knows their financial situation, but even though Kane had enough money for her to be a SAHM when they were together, think of ALL of the extra expenses that come with them being separated, including Kane's apartment (that is probably at least 2k a month), double the utilities, him having to buy new furnishings for that apartment, etc.

So yeah, if they were on any kind of tight budget before, they REALLY are now, and if that is the case, yeah maybe Natasha should get a job to balance out the extra costs of being separated.

How do I find Natasha's Facebook page?

I don't personally care about Natasha one way or the other, but I never understand why if a couple decide that they want their kids to have a SAHP while they're married, that the decision would suddenly be different if they divorce. In a situation where there's not enough income to support two households after a divorce, then obviously the SAHP needs to get a job, but that's probably not Natasha and Peter's situation.

Are you serious? Because once the decision is made to divorce, it shouldn't be up to the working parent to continue to support the non-working parent's lifestyle, they are not a married couple anymore. I understand while children are still young, but once they are older and both in school full time, there shouldn't be any reason why the non-working parent cannot go out and get at least a part-time job. What happens when the working parent wants to remarry but has to continue paying giant alimony checks to the non-working parent that doesn't want to support themselves? How would that be fair?

How would it be FAIR? Omg are you for real? They made a Decision for her to stay home. Period. That's her job. If he gets remarried that doesn't undo his first family
