Warnock’s response on abortion was thoughtful and nuanced.
“I have a profound reverence for life and an abiding respect for choice. The question is: Whose decision is it?" Warnock said. “And I happen to think that a patient’s room is too small a place for a woman, her doctor and the U.S. government. I think that’s too many people in the room.” He continued: "But those who are concerned about life, and I certainly am, ought to be focused on the incredibly high rates of infant mortality and maternal mortality in our country when compared to other developed nations. That’s something the government could work on. And I’ve been working on it my entire career.” |
PP here. I wasn't saying how a person should vote. I was responding to this comment: "They have committed the crimes of insider trader." |
Insert “allegedly” and PP is correct. They both smell to high heaven. |
PP here. Exactly. That's an important omission. |
Loeffler is a vapid stepford wife. Let's see how she addresses with spike from Trump's Saturday super-spreader rally. |
What was with her. She sounded like a 3rd grader reciting the part in a play. Plastic. Stilted. Is she the best Rs could do? Or did she buy the seat? |
Hmmm why would corrupt good ole boy kemp appoint the richest couple in Georgia? I got it! Because that would help the most Georgians! Right? |

I am sure you are and were equally concerned about Nancy Pelosi's stock trading, Hunter Biden, and Hillary Clinton's speaking fees and were front and center calling for Menendez's defeat in 2018. It is not a clean business. Note that not many in Congress are out there calling for rule changes to restrict this type of Stock Trading. Loeffler and Perdue certainly do seem ethically challenged but what the actual law is and whether you followed it does make a difference. In the end I doubt it will make much of a difference in the race as people will vote for the candidates whose Senate votes they think they will prefer. I think the Democrats would be better off weighting their effort more in that direction. Right now they seem to be rerunning their November election playbook which they may have missed was not that successful. |
Enough about Hunter Biden. And point to where Pelosi and Clinton kept quiet about an impending emergency to the public while profiting from it. |
Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton and Senator Menendez have nothing to do with this topic. The Stock Act passed almost unanimously in 2012 before Perdue or Loeffler were in Congress. Have they been out there calling for rule changes to restrict this type of trading? If so I wasn’t aware of that. Because “Perdue has made up close to a third of all Senate trades reported since 2014, the year he came into office. He traded stocks, bonds, and funds about 2,600 times in six years — equal to the combined trading volume of the next five most-active traders in the Senate.” I’d be surprised if he wanted his gravy train to come to an end. |
Jesus...is there a single logical thought here? |
