Yes, they consider that the Northwestern region.

No you aren't. It is not conceivable that we've only gone up by 1 since yesterday. If Virginia's only had capacity to test 200-300 people a day they haven't been testing nearly enough. There are more out there. I'm not relying on # of confirmed cases

17 cases now. All so far acquired from contact with positive people. I still haven’t seen how the DHA person got it or if any of the new cases are from him

I agree. It’s not the number of kits. It’s tests total. Currently VA only has the capacity to test 400-500 cases TOTAL statewide.

Also, according to the press conference Virginia has only $2.7 million set aside to pay for this. We are one of the wealthiest states in the country. OMFG.

"The governor says they’ve set aside about $10 million to deal with the virus fallout and have more money set aside in the upcoming budget that is set to be approved by the General Assembly Thursday.
