perhaps she had a "medical" (ie. plastic surgery) catastrophe that needed correcting.

Clearly that tweet was trumped up. And he knows something is odd when he points to the white house and says "there she is!" It's weird.

Either she had a mental breakdown or it's plastic surgery related.... has to be something she doesn't want to be out in public.

It would have been appropriate. So if she were having plastic surgery, one thinks that even her dumb staff could have figured out to just delay it and then say Barron needed a break.
