Easiest Brand Name College/University to Get Into?

On-line is open enrollment. The rest of the campus, no so much. It's no different than any other state university with more prestigious and less prestigious campuses, like the University of California system or the University of Texas system.

Except their OOS admit rate is now under 20%, and stats are high, so that no longer works.

Every full-pay rich student I know who did a $12,000 summer camp at Penn also go into Penn ED.

That's not super competitive, especially by DCUM/upper-middle class standards. But it's not exactly "open enrollment," either. I doubt that their reputation is going to tank because their reputation for decades has been "the easiest to get into major university."

83% admission rate is pretty close to "opn enrollment." And what is their reputation anyway?

If you want something smaller, check out the COPLAC schools (Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges). Some are more selective; some less so.
