Apparently the kids just told some legal entity that he never touched them.

The problem with all this is that even if he's cleared, he is now in prison without bail, and regardless there will be a cloak of suspicion around him forever. Social media is brutal. He's already been produced out of a show and something that was supposed to air this week will not. His agency has dropped him. That is ridiculously unfair. There's a lot of discussion about these particular parents as well, and some things aren't adding up. Let this play out in court, not here.

Let him have his day in court. If he's guilty it will have to be proven. Then, if this is all wrong, he can sue everyone, but I doubt his career will return. Due process.

I don’t follow these kinds of cases closely because this isn’t my area of focus, but it doesn’t really matter - it SHOULD happen in EVERY case. Due process is an essential element of our system of justice, not an optional, discretionary “add-on” if the court of public opinion decides they are feeling magnanimous that particular day.

Are you new to the system of justice here in the U.S.? It seems like there are ardent participants here who would prefer to exact their version of justice first, and then ask questions later.

Guessing that the individual or individuals in here coming across as crazy train shrews were subjected to abuses themselves in the past. The diction is also perverse - the losers who shriek “shrew!!!!” online tend to be older men who can’t handle non-deferential women. In other words, giving the energy of men who like kids because they’re more easily manipulable.
