I actually hope trump goes through with his stupid birthday military parade

I can’t believe this is real life. I can’t believe the president went on tv and said protesters will be met with heavy force. He didn’t say rioters or violent protesters. Just threatening any and all protesters. Protesting is a fundamental right, and he is casually taking that right away. While it is being mentioned in the news, this should be a much bigger deal. Every single American, every politician, should be outraged by this.

I don’t care if you like Trump. It doesn’t mean you have to fall in line with everything he says, even when you know it is wrong. Any maga out there care to take a stance against this right being stripped away?

You can’t see it in this photo but in the video of his arrest, you can see his walker to the side. How someone who is that old and needs a walker constitutes a threat, I cannot fathom.

Agree. Locals would have actually enjoyed the celebration if Trump didn't hijack the planning (which yes, had been in the works, but not for an ultra expensive military parade in the atyle od North Korea or Iran) to convert it to an sh*t show that goes against American ideals. FWIW, lived on Capitol Hill and people love seeing when the jets fly in formation now and then, I have pulled my kids outside to see it. But no, most do not love this.
