Plenty of current M&D DC girls will be trying out for Capital. Whether they decide to go, is another thing. I like that Capital has some competition and hope it only males them better and improves their program. Hope M&D improves as well just don’t think it will happen overnight. |
That's looking less and less like a good idea every day. How is it you're aware of this? |
NP. If you think trying out for Capital and keeping options open is not a good idea, you must be the stay together dad. |
Agreed. Do what is best for your kid whether that be staying at M&D DC or going to Capital. Do not be pressured by other parents/coaches. |
Has nothing to do with that, and not a MDDC dad. Are you the Anonymous O asked the question? Because if you are, you didn't answer it. |
How hammered were you when you posted this? |
Don't drink. I'm assuming you or the OP won't answer. Which means the original assertion was b.s. Glad we could get that clarified. |
You don’t drink and you posted that incoherent mess? I was being charitable. |
You also sound paranoid that half the team is talking behind your back and really going to Capital. |
Everyone should try out for everything! |
Lmao. Someone posted that's what's going to happen. A Capital shill? I asked where that info came from. Simple. Instead, a bunch of lacky replies, from who knows who. But I'm "paranoid". I was a simple question, that's ir. Wonder why no one will answer. |
I hit a capital O instead of I. Didn't look to edit. The O is next to I on qwerty. You would never have the stones to say this in front of someone, Mr. Keyboard Warrior.. Still won't answer? |
You want me to say I am an M&D dad? |
You missed the last team meeting! |
What does Capital need to do better? If your daughter can make Capital Blue, why would you not choose to go if playing high level lacrosse in College is the goal? They seem to be a recruiting machine and a great opportunity for like minded athletes (all who want to play at the next level) to compete together against top competition right off the bat. They get in top brackets, have a coordinator that only has to focus on a few teams, many years end up better than top teams that have been together since 3rd/4th grade…, and don’t have some kind of middle school legacy to chase after… 50/50 is very normal in recruiting years.
Seems like a great opportunity when it becomes all about recruiting if your kid can make it. What am I missing? |
