She is not "naturally muscular." That's not a thing. She is muscular because she's trained in the sport for 20 years. No one is born muscular.

Her height is an advantage. This is true in so many sports -- height and body shape can make a huge difference. This is why you don't see any 5' basketball players or petite linebackers.

But there are lots of short women who aren't Olympic champions. Just like most tall people actually suck at basketball and most big guys wouldn't last one snap in the NFL.

Yeah like how LeBron James just happens to be 6'9" and have naturally good hand-eye coordination and just happens to have the right combination of body type and talent and skill to be really good at the sport of basketball according to the rules set by the NBA.

Or yeah Phelps is a good comparison -- just freakishly well suited for his sport and then worked really hard for years in order to dominate it.
