“Vile” Thanks for supporting PP’s point about crazy parents. You shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the libraries. |
She’s very popular in the suburban west end of Henrico. And Virginia likes its moderates. Her husband grew up in Henrico too. I briefly taught him when he was in high school. His mom was a long time teacher. The family has strong ties to the area and the state. I hope she wins. |
I am curious now where Reid went to school since someone said he was local to Richmond. |
“John is a product of Henrico County Public Schools, a 1992 graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and St. Christopher’s School in Virginia. He now resides with his partner, Alonzo, in Richmond.”
Oh. He’s older than me. St. Chris. Figures. |
Maybe 6 months ago. Not now. |
He graduated from St. Christopher’s in 89. |
Do you not appreciate the absurdity of your comment? She would never run against a moderate Republican because that person would lose in the primary to a nut job republican. |
Can't wait to see MAGA idiots get their asses handed to them this fall!! |
“Democrat Abigail Spanberger reported a massive fundraising lead over Republican gubernatorial rival Winsome Earle-Sears this week, with her $14.3 million in campaign cash more than quadruple the $3 million on hand for Earle-Sears — aggravating concerns among some in the GOP that the campaign is off to a troubled start.
Republican critics cited another number to explain their fears: zero, the number of times Earle-Sears has campaigned in public with the full GOP ticket of John Reid for lieutenant governor and Attorney General Jason S. Miyares seeking reelection. With Democrats awaiting June 17 primary elections to determine the rest of their ticket beyond Spanberger, Republicans had a clear opportunity for a head start.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2025/06/11/virginia-governor-youngkin-spanberger-sears/?utm_campaign=wp_post_local&utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter&carta-url=https%3A%2F%2Fs2.washingtonpost.com%2Fcar-ln-tr%2F430abeb%2F684ab28674d1763fd56147f8%2F596bc2b7ae7e8a44e7dcaab7%2F29%2F82%2F684ab28674d1763fd56147f8 |
Virginia GOP gubernatorial hopeful linked to Nazi sympathizer donor
“Richard Iott, a former Ohio congressional candidate with a history of dressing up as Nazis, donated a total of $900 in nine monthly installments since last year to the Winsome PAC, which supports Winsome Earle-Sears, currently the state’s lieutenant governor. His last contribution was made in May, according to recent filings. Iott was a member of Wiking, a group devoted to reenacting the 5th SS Panzer Division Wiking. Iott said he participated intermittently in reenactments for about 35 years. He also cosplayed dressing as an American soldier from World War I and World War II, as well as soldiers from both sides of the Civil War. He wore the Nazi uniform in presentations at schools and public events.” https://forward.com/fast-forward/726640/virginia-governor-nazi-cosplay-winsome-earle-sears/ |
