You'll find that some of the biggest PTA budgets aren't necessarily at W schools.

According to most PTA bylaws, a financial summary needs to be provided to the members on a monthly basis. Ask!

MCCPTA guidelines are that 10% of a PTA budget should go to teacher appreciation.
