Even you don't believe all of this. Fake electors schemes are not the practice of constitutional law. Breaking into voting machines isn't either. Demanding GA overturn the election results when your own advisors tell you that you lost is not merely asking someone to do their job. Np. I'm not defending Trump here but IF Trump was not running for President again, and IF Trump did not have such a commanding lead in the primary polling, I doubt any of these charges would have come to fruition. Charges here and elsewhere were only brought once those two things became evident. It IS political persecution.

Wrong. Trump and his co-conspirators would be charged under any circumstance because the crimes are that egregious.

In a way this trial, if all the evidence is well laid out, might help deprogram a good set of mouth breathers who truly think Trump won the election. I hope the prosecution includes a lot of video and images to piece by piece recreate the utter lawlessness of trump and his hangers on who tried to steal democracy.
