Why did you say that? Alsobooks and Trone’s positions on policy are identical. |
It's disappointing to watch one candidate beat another candidate who spent $63 million of their own money? It's not "probably" true that Hogan would need to fall in line with the other Republicans, it's just true. That's what he would do. If he weren't going to do it, he wouldn't have let Mitch McConnell recruit him, and he wouldn't have run as a Republican. |
I don’t understand why they called it already with less than 50% votes in. What is the rush? |
Alsobrooks entire margin of victory over Trone was from PG County where she beat him by 33,000 votes. She lost both Montgomery and Anne Arundel counties.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but she’s going to get trounced in the general by Hogan. The writing is on the wall. |
Those voters will vote for her! Stop with your thinly veiled racism. We get it. |
+1 Their commercials were identical--lots of shorts of them standing around smiling, just saying they will protect abortion rights and "get things done", whatever that means. I guess all they think we care about is supreme court votes and otherwise they will vote the progressive party line. |
No, she seems insipid and simple. |
Plus one. She’s projected to beat him. I hope she does. |
Like I said I voted for David Trone but will vote for Alsobooks in November. |
Alsobrooks is not progressive, and Trone is also not progressive. So no, they wouldn't. |
I guess that’s better than uppity. |
She's winning Montgomery County. 142 of 257 election day precincts reported, 49.59% to 47.73%. |
No she isn’t. |
MoCo here. Voted Alsobrooks and neighbors have yard signs. She’ll trounce Hogan. |
There are insipid and simple black people and smart and brilliant black people. |
