Our economy is in the toilet and Obama has a thumb up his ass - 4 years of nothing but hope change green and that thumb. Same with his response (or complete lack thereof) to the biggest ecological disaster in our country's history (BP spill) - thumb up the ass. Goodbye. |

He's not my ideal, but we avoided the disaster that threatened in 2008, and to the extent he failed to bring us back faster, I think the fault lies at least as much with the Congressional GOP. |

It really cracks me up that Ryan has acquired for himself this reputation as an intellectual heavyweight. He got a fluff degree from a school that accepts almost everybody who applies, briefly "worked" as a "marketing consultant" (we all know what that means) for his family firm and then went into politics and since then has been spewing out Cato and Heritage Institute nostrums he probably barely understands. Whoopteedoo. Oh and don't forget, Romney doesn't need no stinking Medicare. He recently opted to stay with his private gold-plated health insurance plan for bazillionaires. I have no interest in continuing to pay through the nose for the Medicare costs of the 55 and up crowd for the next 30 years (that's about how long they're going to live, right?) if we're not eligible after having ponied up for so long. |
