Breaking: The continuation of the Evidentiary Hearing to resume today to re-open the evidence portion and have witness Terrance testify without the shield of AC privilege as to when the affair began between Mr. Willis and Mrs. Wade. |
Witness terrance is reportedly trying to squirm his way out of testifying today by saying he is not feeling well today. I would imagine he is not feeling well these days. Maybe he will have an 'accident'. |
Fani Hearing will start at 2:30 PM EST today.
It will be broadcast live. Get the popcorns folks! |
Fani is arrogant, prideful, dishonest and thinks she can talk publicly about getting Trump off the ballot, at a church full of hatred, she needs to step down and be erased from the Bar of Georgia never to serve publicly again - shameful. |
The Georgia case affects my country. I’m a patriot and Trump’s actions in Georgia were treasonous. But the NYS case is the one that matters to Trump. No one prosecuted under 63(12) likes it, but it’s been pretty robust on appeal for the last 70 years or so. But, it’s eating away at Trump. Karma. |
From what I’ve read, he doesn’t have much hope for a favorable appeal. |
What is really disgusting about Fani is; with all the other available bachelors in Atlanta she has to have an affair with a MARRIED MAN!
She couldn't wait until he was legally divorced! All her supporters have thrown the "wife" out with the trash! |
Because Fani and the DA's office decided to attack this lawyer who was helping them by claiming attorney client privilege. During these attacks the judge noticed not everything was covered by privilege. |
If Wade is any kind of competent lawyer, he knows Fani’s Grey Goose is cooked. |
Yes, that's called lawyering. Of course he claimed that. Not sure why communications between him and his client wouldn't be covered, TBH. |
There are many exceptions but "fraud/Crime exception' would be one of several. ![]() |
Having an affair is not a crime. Or rather, the crime fraud exception is for crimes involving the lawyer and client - are you saying now that Wade was having an affair with his lawyer? |
New york case is a setup and makes all real estate developers should be under the same prosecution crazy, hopefully the supreme court will chime in on it . |
That is simply not true. Fraud is fraud. If some other RE developers are also committing fraud, then they too will be prosecuted if evidence comes to light. Most are not, and in any case, "everyone else was doing it" is never a defense to crime. Furthermore, if some mistakenly thought this was a legitimate practice, I guarantee their lawyers are advising them to change their practices, like yesterday. |
"Fraud on the Court" is an extreme form of "fraud" which is part of the fraud or crime exception. |
