Perhaps Wint was already in the house at this point, and he forced the wife to call the husband to get him home. If the maid usually left around 3pm, and wife called husband at 5:30, I assume maid was still there since she was a victim. I speculate Wint was let in by the maid. He forced his way in and just killed her right away.

I read somewhere that once this animal got home after the murders, he was just sitting calmly on his front porch very relaxed as if nothing happened (in PG County)-what a brazen asshole. So glad his stupidity (getting pizza) got him id'd. Everyone needs to be on the lookout for him. Pray they catch him soon.

All during this rampant speculation, I have been hoping that the suspect would NOT be an African American male with dreadlocks, with a police record, from PG county. But, here we are again. So awful. There are a lot of fine, upstanding young AA men, their mothers, and fathers who must be sick about this today.
And, for whatever it's worth, I am a white, middle-aged woman with kids who went to the same schools as the Savopoulos children.
