I don’t think Trump really believes in a hydro-Christian type God. He believes loosely in a God but one that rewards people with power and riches. That was sort of the old school gods — if you were in charge that meant God or the gods had picked you so you must be really great and favored.
Nothing he has ever done has been consistent with a judeo-Christian ethos. But I truly think he thinks that he is favored by God because he is the best at everything. There might be a nagging part of him that believes something else, or worries about something else, but the narcissist in him shuts that little voice up. Otherwise, he would try a little harder or be kind or forgiving or generous or anything like that. For most of us, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. But he doesn’t even have the spirit.

I see your point, but I think, if anything, that Trump thinks he IS god - with the power to control and manipulate people. We'll see how is goes for him in this latest Rob Reiner episode.

Everyone is trying to get there. Either now, or with their last breath. Whether he has a chance or not is not up to us to discuss, so what is the point of your topic? We all know who is going to make that call.

Some of us don't believe in Heaven or that anyone is going to make that call.

You don't have to believe in it in order for Heaven to exist. You make your choice, and the God will make his judgement on the judgement day. We all will be there.

Also, you can believe in heaven all you want, but that doesn't mean there is a heaven. When we die, we're dead, just like your precious pets that you "put to sleep" i.e., take to the vet's to have them killed.

Who are "we"? By the way, I never put any pet to sleep, so your statement is false.
