No Fall MAP report on ParentVue yet?

Checked and re-checked. Nothing.

Teachers at our MS were casual about the test. My kid had to ask the teacher about it and only after that was she allowed to take it during lunch.

This doesn’t sound real. They are mandatory.

For K and 1st graders, they don’t display the score. I have no idea how they are doing in math. And they don’t post Dibels online.

That's not true, they do a math test for K, 1 and 2 and post MAP scores online. Not DIBELS though.

What is the rush to know the scores? What will you do with them now vs in a few weeks? Not being snarky, genuinely curious as I barely look at the scores when I do get them.

Not PP but it's about holding MCPS accountable. There is no good reason that they can't post scores and that there are so many delays.

Some years fall MAP scores went up in early Nov.

How will you plan your kid's path to multivariable calculus without the scores?!?!

Seriously! Give me my 7 year old’s scores already!

The teachers have the scores and shared with us already.

My kid's teachers did not.

The scores mean nothing without the percentiles. NWEA just renormed for 2025 so the old percentiles available online (2020) aren't applicable anymore. We won't have accurate info until they share the reports.

Don’t be a jerk. Some older kids make decisions about which magnets to apply to based on their MAP scores because it’s the only thing McPS looks at other than grades.

How are they sharing them with you? Paper copies? I’ve only ever gotten them on Parentvue…

In 2024, MAP reports were posted in ParentVue on 10/15. It's getting late this year...
