We all know it’s you coaches… I feel like I can totally read into who typing… like for fick sake…

Is it Coach Dyl?

Who ever runs social media- probably.
They all look shiesty, particularly Fick, the Lewis bruhs… creep vibes!

One of the Lewis brothers finagled/was gifted a paid job at SYA Rec Soccer basically just supervising volunteer coaches already running their rec practices. It was such a joke. Its just more Valor grift taking money from rec programs and putting it in Valor pockets.

How do you find this out… but I have not reason to doubt this!

If you look at the admin, it’s all the same people with various titles and “responsibilities” and they are all woven together.

Ellis makes half a mil, double dipping in sya/cya and valor… look it up! It’s all public info.

If this is true HOLY Shys. Why would he leave that place? Making more than the country’s president. Where’s the public info link for this?

Where’s the 500k coming from?

There is a reason incoming rec players moving into travel don't all start on the bottom teams.

Most rec coaches are just glorified babysitters that are trying to make sure his DC has friends to play with. There are some decent rec players but they can’t hold a candle to any mid level travel player. And I guarantee any rec player whose dad is coaching is not even average.

All the good players on our team left by U9 to do travel.

What about those of us who don't have $6000 to spend on two kids to play travel soccer? We're stuck with CYA rec?

Pick your favorite child and tell the other one that they should have tried harder to be nicer to you.

LOL! You bumped this side topic up from dozens of pages ago? Insecure much?

That may have been true for your sample size of on U9 rec team, but of course there are many, many talented players in rec soccer. And many many mediocre "club" players. The lowest Valor teams are actually worse than an average rec team, b/c an average rec team will have 1 or 2 talented athletes and that 5th Valor team has kids who have no skill or athleticism.

There are other travel soccer clubs that aren’t as expensive as Valor. Burke and Herndon come to mind. But I wouldn’t do travel just to avoid the problem of good players leaving rec. Make sure your kid wants to play soccer for at least 3 hours during the week, won’t miss games, and wants to play in tournaments.

If they like soccer but don’t want to spend that kind of time on it, the best thing is to try to talk to the parents of the kids who are decent and planning to stay with rec. Helps if you know the age group coordinator too. You can try to request your kid is on a team with a decent coach and players and it can be a pretty good experience.

Valor “leadership” aside, with all the changes in the fed job and scheduling, how will you afford to send your kids to this terrible club money and practice time-wise?

I think V is in for a surprise with recruitment numbers.

Not going to sign up next season- money aside- it was a complete waste for us.

They may have to dump that “Spanish style” and tango to see kids join.

Tell all your friends, if you genuinely care about them: “Don’t do Valor’!”

You can better results playing FIFA!

I don't know why you or someone else keeps injecting fed nonsense into the soccer forum. It may shock you that Feds went to the office before this new assault on us. Wouldnt more be taking up the scam offer than not allowing their kids to play sports? Or do only Feds drive their kids to practice? I'm really confused about this obsession.

They haven't actually tried to implement any kind of style or methodology despite being around for several years.

How they will have their terrible "professional" Parent coaches and other completely ineperienced "professional" coaches do "spanish" style coaching will be interesting to see for those foolish enough to stick around next year.
