That doesn’t make much sense as you describe it. Do you have a link?

I need to stop reading Monique Judge’s twitter. She is an absolutely toxic psychopath.

She's awful. It's not even clear what this shows? She also cites "Tizzy" who is a known Twitter grifter. These people are a menace.

If the sister (or the guy himself) have an argument to make, why is it presented like this via weirdly edited Tik Toks where people keep adding their own commentary. It's like it's intentionally confusing. If he has receipts and a story, just say "here are my receipts, here's what happened." Ugh.

+1. I was going to post the Twitter link just so Judge didn’t get more clicks, but pp beat me to it.

Wow this is even worse than I thought. So basically these guys were done with the ride, the bike ride was over, theyre loitering by the bikes, and when she walks up and makes a perfectly reasonable request to use the bike theyre no longer using... they block her from it, taunt her, and film it... for what reason?

You can see why this happens though. There the sister is, backing him and doubling down. No accountability.

His receipts actually support her entire story! He docked the bike. She came an rented it for less than a minute. Then he forced the bike back in and rented it himself. The video starts at 7:24 after he has forced her back in the dock, and we see him scan the QR code at 7:25 (for which he has a reciept.)

It really does not makes sense, because why would he dock a bike he intended to continue using? That would just cost extra money unnecessarily. It would be cheaper to keep it undocked and pay for the extra time than to re-dock and pay the whole fee again.

I think you get free unlocks if you are a member, but you get charged per minute if it is undocked. But it’s not “in your possession” once you dock it, obviously.

So he intended to keep using it but wanted to save money by docking it temporarily? Is that a thing?

And why would they want to hang around the bike rack, is there anything to do there? Was he meeting up with the friends who insulted her and her baby?

Yes, ebikes are hard to find and he wanted to block anyone else from taking it (even though he was not actually renting it).

And she had no way of knowing he intended to keep using it.

As someone who works in law, it's amazing how much this happens. That's why prosecutors often invite the suspects to come in and "just chat" and talk about things super casually. So often people think theyre defending themselves, meanwhile they are confirming everything that was suspected.

Yeah. She was just being polite enough to ask, but that was just etiquette, like asking someone "how are you". She had every right to that bike and he had none

right?? she lays out all the chronological evidence to support what we saw on this thread all along: the video shows her sitting on the bike and him physically blocking her from scanning the QR code, then scanning it himself. And it supports her story that just before the video starts, they forcibly pushed her into the dock after she had rented it. which explains why the video starts with her already very upset.

The guy and his sister clearly feel that people will support the following:

- That if someone docks a bike but claims they are "still using it", other people aren't allowed to use it
- That if someone rents a bike you want, you are entitled to forcibly redock it, push them off, and take the bike
- That if someone has the audacity to still expect the bike after you've (1) claimed it's yours even though it is docked, and (2) forced them to re-dock it, you and your friends are entitled to jeer and laugh at them, film them, call their unborn baby "r****ed", and then post the video online and claim she's a "Karen."

Sadly, I think there are people who agree with these assertions. But hopefully sanity will prevail and most people will understand this is not acceptable behavior.

At this point would like to see both the hospital and CitiBike come out and support the PA and condemn the boys' behavior. I think the hospital needs to vocally support an employee who was harassed right outside their building, and that CitiBike needs to come out and say "no this is not acceptable behavior for renting bikes, and we don't condone people physically pushing patrons off bikes or 'saving' docked bikes for their own future use."

I hate that it is somehow hard for these entities to just come out and say these things, for fear of looking racist, when this is just common sense. I'm as progressive as they come and hate that the people most vocally condemning the guys behavior (which was WRONG) are MAGA jerks and racists. It's upsetting to see the horrible racist comments people are making in support of the PA.

I'm not racist, I think white supremacy is real and we all have a duty to oppose it, and I fully support the PA in this situation as it is clear she did nothing wrong and was the victim of harassment.

Same. It’s as if we went from the extreme of white supremacy (which I agree is real) to the opposite extreme of tolerating awful behavior and accepting without question that the victim must be a Karen. And the people talking the loudest about it are RWNJs, not from any concern about white women, mind you, but because they’re straight-up racists. And not wanting to align ourselves with the racist RWNJs makes it even harder for progressives to speak up.

Of course his sister supports him. Her affect and shaping of this indicated the casual complete selfishness of this young man and his family and his circle of friends. Her details confirm the PA’s but he remained entitled to the bike he wasn’t paying for. What a complete POS he, his friends excepting the one telling them to give up the bike, his family, and that ahole Monique Judge all are.

It’s one thing to get a story wrong or not be able to see things from another side. This is doubling and then tripling down. This twunt sister sneering about “defamation” like the not-lawyer she is just chefs kiss perfect.

It’s got to be hideously stressful but the PA should see any litigation through at this point because a variety of parties clearly want to ruin her.

It seems like someone else might be a angling for a sweet, sweet gofundme.
