GA Case

In the DMV area, any attorney who knowingly makes false representation or knowingly submitted any court pleadings (any filings) with false information would be 100% suspended or even disbarred.

Any other attorneys here think anything would happen to the OTHER attorneys (ADAs, SPs, Attorneys for Fani/Wade etc. other than Fani/Wade) who engaged in the above described conduct assuming the allegations are true?

How many DAs are asked on the stand about when they started having sex with someone?

Can you answer that? Or understand why that is a question?

I'd like to get attorneys' take on the precedent being set that any time a prosecutor, judge or any other person sets a foot in a courtroom that they should then be subject to a deep and intense scrutiny of their personal relationships and finances and be subjected to a massive fishing expedition just to satisfy someone's political whims.

That is after all exactly what is happening here. And if it's fair to do it to Fani Willis, where does it end?

I would also like to get an attorney's take on a DA hiring someone she is sleeping with as a special prosecutor, despite the fact that he has no experience in the area in which he is hired, then paying him nearly $700,000 of tax payer's money, from which she benefited when he took her on 5 trips within a few months' period.
I would also like to know if any attorney has taken 5 luxury trips in a 6 month period.

She tried to hire other attorneys but they were all too chicken to agree. He was the best she could get.

Think about that. Would you agree to be a special prosecutor prosecuting the former and possibly future president of a crime? If not, should you be throwing stones?

I think Fani has backed herself into a corner. Her ego, arrogance and lies will be her downfall.

If I were brave enough to take this case on, I would hope I'd be smart enough to conduct myself in a way that is above reproach. I certainly wouldn't be making the choices she made, which reflect very poor judgment.

Too chicken? Or maybe too wise to know what she was shooting for was ridiculous.
She seems to center all her cases around RICO. She has said she LOVES RICO. It's almost as if that is all she knows.
I think attorneys were too smart to agree to take this case. It's a loser case.

We all heard the tape.
She had him dead to rights.
This is a desperate attempt to stop an airtight case.

Wade is not the sole attorney on this case. There are others, who, unlike Wade have RICO experience. But they are paid less than he is.

And this expert on Georgia RICO cases had to pay thousands of dollars to Fani before getting the lower hourly rate, capped at ridiculous total hours etc. contract.

It’s pretty difficult for police to get cell phone data in a legitimate investigation. How did the Trump team private investigator get it? Are there no concerns about the illegality of it?

It was subpoenaed by the Court in Fulton County.

Nope.
This thread does a good job at explaining it.

PP here. I'm not an attorney. Supposedly, she was brave enough to take on this case. The importance of this case requires a prosecutor who can use good judgment and make decisions that are above reproach.

The Georgia Ethics Commission has sent notice to Fani Willis that they are reviewing a campaign finance & criminal money laundering complaint filed by Peter Bernegger

She has 30 days to respond and will probably invoke her big black woman card and pretend it's a racial attack

@PeterBernegger
is an expert in a money laundering method called SMURFING which happens when the names of unsuspecting elderly people are used to funnel money to political candidates or organizations.

I just googled Peter Bernegger. Wowie! OP, you should be ashamed of yourself for posting that.
