Sued for what? Kyle's the one who's going to get sued for damages, by his victims' families and the guy who survived with a maimed arm.

Hear are the first 10 bases on which Kyle’s lawyers can sue (and win):

Gee dems, do you now realize the mainstream news you believe is extremely biased and full of lies?

I don't see anything in here that would mount a credible "defamation" case. He's a public figure when all these statements were made. You're still allowed to express opinions in this country.

Those aren’t opinions, they’re declarative statements. The kid has a good case.

only if you're white

Yep. Totally. Minorities really aren’t flocking to CPAC.

Funny, one of my best friends there is retired CIA and black

I have a black friend! And my attorney is Jewish

That judge must go.

Kyle was the victim here, watch the footage.

Kyle was in the wrong. He had no business being in the middle of that riot. He provoked people, waved his gun at them, escalated and it resulted in him shooting two people and injuring another.

One should not be allowed "self defense" claims when one is the person who provoked the fight in the first place. That is then just an excuse to murder.

He ran away, he yelled friendly, friendly, friendly. They chased him down. And then they aimed their guns at him. They were the adults. He was 17.

What does yelling "friendly" have to do with anything? A criminal could yell "friendly."

Is it true that one of the victims was a pedophile who raped boys? Or is it a right wing lie? If it is true, than I am glad he was killed. Men who rape little kids should not be live around us.

I'm not defending the dead guys. At all. But I think when you go to the lengths Kyle did to acquire a deadly weapon, load it, and walk around pointing it at people, you lose the right to claim you are a "minor" and should therefore not be responsible for your choices.

Re-read all 10. The media reported these as fact. In so doing, they defamed Kyle (a minor, no less).

Time to make them PAY.

When did anyone report that he killed black protesters? That's the first thing and I don't think the identities of the people he killed has been in doubt pretty much ever. I've never heard them described as black. So many of these are, like that one, without any citation to anyone saying it. The rest are opinions that it's legal to hold in America. You're allowed to think a judge is biased. You might disagree (I do disagree fwiw), but it would be really chilling to the First Agreement to make "having a wrong opinion about a judge's bias" legally actionable.

I agree he should be held responsible but the PROSECUTOR F’D UP the case. I don’t think he’s guilty or murder but there were probably dozens of lesser offenses he could have been charged with. Prosecutorial misconduct or stupidity for sure.

It is true. Google it.

Joseph Rosenbaum loved children, apparently - which lead to him being charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation, and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were 5 boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.

He was also under a restraining order to have no contact with a woman named Kerianne.

Anthony Huber had repeat convictions for violent domestic abuse; he liked to beat the crap out of his girlfriend. Did it several times. Also liked to used dangerous / deadly weapons while committing violent felonies.

The official conviction records are right on google. These facts are not in dispute.

It's a good day for Justice. We don't have many of those, I'll take it! So happy those judges were not pressured by mob left loon politics.

I literally don’t understand people like you. I hope you don’t own private property. I hope that if a armed person comes to your house you have no problem being killed. Your like a Quaker. You think other people should do your dirty work while getting to virtue signal.

Sure, if it was my son, I wouldn’t want him there for HIS SAFETY. Yet, I also understand that someone needed to stand up to the mob and the mob attacked him.

Why are women so against Kyle? We are more vulnerable then men. Why does my sex seem to think it’s okay to let a mob burn down a town and potentially hurt innocent bystanders. Do you think America in 2021 is so awful that everything needs to be burned down to the ground.

I don’t get the reasoning. It strikes me as naive.

This is false. Many in the media made the same mistake, though I think in their case it was deliberate.

Let's hope the families sue Kyle and garnish all his future earnings. Just like OJ.

DP. They were all out there in violation of curfew. There were police around, militia were unnecessary.

Rittenhouse did not protect any businesses. He just wandered around until he ran into trouble. In the past, before open carry was legal, the mere act of carrying a weapon was considered provocative, raising the tension level of a situation, escalating disputes. That is still true, but now it's legal. But it shouldn't be.

Repeatedly deliberate, just like the other 9 lies they kept repeating, over and over:

Was Kyle in his home at the time? Private Property? Did the "mob" kill anyone?
