There is no one to transfer the case to. You and others on this thread illustrate exactly why. |
Yes she can transfer it. But she knows it would be up to Gov. Kemp and/or Ga Atty Carr where it goes. Again, if the case is solid, then what's the worry? |
There’s nowhere/way to transfer the case.
The defense knows that. They also know that this case is going to be near impossible to beat. This is their only hope. |
No reputable attorney would take this case. It is an abomination. RICO? Really? I wouldn't be surprised if Fani has searched around for someone who would take over the prosecution of this case and has come up empty. And that is why she is hanging on. |
You are the problem. You are unAmerican in your desperation to allow a person to interfere with an election with impunity, including and especially a former president. |
She hired Wade because no one else would take the job. The judge needs to weigh the interests of justice against these specious and irrelevant accusations. |
You know this how? There are other prosecutors on this case, ones that do have RICO experience. |
Phone records are going to make it looked like some folks were less than truthful on the the witness stand. |
If it is that cut and dried, then there should be a line around the block of prosecutors to take the case. |
But there's not, and that's why Fani is desperate to hold onto it. It will also be interesting to see any records resulting from Wade's WH meetings. |
My understanding is that she hired Wade's firm for a variety of things even before the Trump case and before they had any kind of relationship. That all came later. |
But who else can she pass it on to? Wasn't that the whole issue in the first place, that Fulton County was short staffed, which is why she contracted out to companies like Wade's law firm? |
Interesting that she did NOT include the calendar entries from the dates in question....... |
