Have you ever worn a hospital gown with your feet in stirrups? I have and you cannot adequately cover your lower body with the hospital gown while your feet are in the stirrups. And no one said she was in stirrups "all day." I'm saying that it is highly likely that when the actors were on the set between takes, Lively was not really permitted to sit up and take her feet out of the stirrups because of the challenge of lighting and framing a tight, intimate scene like this. I'm sure there are times when they took breaks and she was about to get down (at least I hope so), but I'm sure there were also times when they did a take, and then there was a pause while they reset a shot or set up another shot, and the actors were asked to stay on their marks so lighting and camera crews could rest with the actors in position. And during these breaks between takes (which can be as long as 20 or 30 minutes depending on how technical the shot they are setting up is and other potential delays), there is absolutely no reason why Lively could not have been provided with a sheet to cover up her lower half. Her hospital gown would not have been adequate. I don't even know why I'm explaining this. An actor was nude on the set and requested a cover between takes, and they didn't provide it. That's unacceptable. The end. |
In one paragraph, please share the basis for your personal knowledge of how an ic works. |
This part, x1000 You are explaining it beautifully. The PP seems, metaphorically speaking, akin to an anti-vaxxer. Does not matter what data/evidence/subject matter expert they are given, they just want to believe what they want to believe. Ans this part, +10000 |
Again, she was not sitting with her feet in stirrups when not filming for 20 to 30 minutes. Didn’t happen. She wasn’t nude. She herself admits that. |
Says the poster who only read Blake’s complaint. |
She was nude from the waist down as per industry standards. Opinion does not matter, industry standards do from a legal perspective. A small strip over the genitals is what is done for a nude scene. Does not matter that breasts were covered (which she had to fight to do) |
I read his. |
| I have in fact worn a hospital gown while in stirrups and if not pushed up, it does cover your whole body. |
This is so ridiculous, she was wearing a hospital gown. |
Even if she was wearing a head to toe sack, if she requested cover between scenes, it should have been granted. Just stop. |
You clearly did not. |
Now you aren’t even being logical. |
Ok. If it didn't for some reason and you asked someone for a sheet to cover up, would you expect to be provided with one? |
With legs spread in stirrups and unable to move much between takes. By industry standards, the set should have been closed for that alone along with screens turned off. |
| Let’s go back to Blake’s manipulation of texts to change their meaning. Or are we pretending that didn’t happen. |
