Because Danni was either laid off/fired for an unknown reason whereas Mel decided to leave on her own. HR and legal rules come in with Danni... I don't think they could discuss it if they wanted to. |

Open letter to Danni:
I don't have social media and do not know an email address for you since I figure your Iheart one is no longer valid, and emails I sent there while you were employed went unanswered. I figured you read this board so you can catch it here. I know you do not take well to criticism, but please take this constructively rather than casting it aside since my opinion may not gel with yours. Your most recent post may make you feel good, but saying you are so much better than Kane only makes Natasha look bad. In reality, any knowledgeable person knows neither Kane or you would go for one another. Thus, stop talking, referencing, throwing shade at TKS. It is a waste of time. You worked there 3 years and must have had some good times or you would have chose to not re-sign with the show last Fall. You have mentioned before you want to focus on the positive, but since leaving only negative words have been spoken. At this point, you should solely be focusing on your new paths. Post what panels you are participating in so those interested may research and see if it something they want to also assist with. Otherwise, they seem insignificant and will be ignored by a majority of your followers. Ultimately, there are too many posts that somehow reference TKS, and it is time to move on. I realize there are many people supposedly asking you about why you left, etc, but ignore that. It is obvious that many of those people only care about your time on the show and not your new objectives. If you truly want to move on, ignore those people and focus on your smaller, core audience that may actually appreciate positive work you can do. Finally, I would recommend going by your true name and moving past the reality star naming. Rebranding yourself will let those who do not know you take you more seriously up front. Starr works well for morning zoo radio and reality TV, but not serious discussion topics, which is the path it appears you want to take. You may disagree with the above assessment, but I hope you take this to heart as it is only meant as a way to help you improve and dump the toxic Kane Show listeners that only want to know why you are no longer on the show. |

Wow. She'll never work in radio again by burning these bridges and showing her true self. I can't see why TLC would want to risk anything by employing someone with such a poor work ethic. Like how the situation went down or not, the boss is the boss is the boss. Social media rants aren't going to get her anywhere except the unemployment line. Completely unprofessional. |

I really believe she thinks TKS will fail without her. It won't obviously. Her fans must not be true fans or they would know she is no longer on the show. I see posts daily saying "you're not on there anymore"? How are they that clueless really?

| Lots of "retired" DC tv/radio people go into communications and pr for local organizations but with the way she's acting, that's not going to be an option for Danni. I'm really not sure what she could do next. |

Someone called Danni out for "stirring the pot" by posting that she didn't sleep with Peter. Danni replied:
"This isn't about stirring the pot, do you really think I want people thinking I slept with Kane? I didn't lie about anything in regards to nat, but I never spoke on nat so I'm confused where you think that ever happened. I can't speak for rose, I don't know. I've seen you all over my page and I just want you to know, I have a right to defend myself. That really should go without saying, also to make it simple... You can think all you want hun, that's your right." |

And that girl wasn't rude yet Danni has this snippy response. That girl wrote exactly what I was thinking and I liked Danni. I say liked because after yesterday's post I am just done with her. She is everything that people in this forum are claiming her to be. She is spiteful, childish, and revenge seeking. the people who love Danni want to know where she'll be in the future. They don't want to hear about how she's too good to sleep with Kane. I mean really... No one thinks they slept together. And if they did they're trying to stir the pot... And she responded because she's a train wreck. It's sad that Danni had to have that snarky attitude while one of her fans was simply trying to remind her to focus on the future. I am officially not a Danni fan. Lol. |
