The majority of these types of cases rarely see the inside of a court room. That isn't really newsworthy.

Does it matter?

Her own family is trash talking her in a new book and to any media outlet that pays.

And, she doesn’t really want privacy. She just wants to control the narrative. She wants to be a respected influencer who gets paid well enough to support a celebrity lifestyle.

Oh the British press were salivating over Thomas Markle and Meghan Markle having a showdown in court. The papers would have made tens of millions off article after article. So happy she won. So happy she didn’t have to go to court.

Also the legal standard is not whether someone wants privacy all the time or not.

Yep. The Sussex’s have won 3 or 4 separate legal cases back-to-back since summer. Separate case in each time. This was the big one.
