Youngkin's only articulated policy is changing voter laws to allow him to throw out election results in Northern Virginia. So if he's not a fascist autocrat what is he....communist? Certainly not a champion of democracy and the USA. |
| He's defiantly pro-autocracy. That's enough for me to vote against him regardless of any other issue |
Oh man, if only you guys applied that same logic to Republicans who refuse to denounce the Big Lie. |
|
FACISM = noun
(sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism. (sometimes initial capital letter) the philosophy, principles, or methods of fascism. (initial capital letter) a political movement that employs the principles and methods of fascism, especially the one established by Mussolini in Italy 1922–43. So Nazism? To anyone that thinks this guy is not a Fascist or Nazi yeah try again. Go to Dictionary.com read! |

they don't care about meanings of words.
like the signs said way back in 2010 about the difference between socialism, communism and fascism.... |
"Denouncing the Big Lie" has become the litmus test among the far-left for people for running for any position these days. I want a Virginia governor who will pay attention to the state, just like I'd like to have a school board that would pay attention to the local public schools. Not another clone like McAuliffe whose every statement is calculated and made with an eye towards getting a 99% approval rating from The Nation. |
|
standing up for democracy is actually a big damn deal
if he can't do that, and stands with Trump on an insurrection AND phony voter fraud nonsense that actually means they can manipulate elections against the will of the people, then that is a anti-democratic and unamerican and why in the WORLD would you want someone like that running your state? |
x1 million It shouldn't be hard to denounce the insurrection. And yet it is.... HARD PASS. |
It's really weird that Republicans now consider denouncing an effort to overturn a free and fair election to be a far-left position, but I guess that's where we are these days. |
I'd prefer that to crafting statements with an eye to not offending Q supporters |
McAuliffe did pay attention to the commonwealth for four years. How did it do? How did you do? |
Oh, FFS. When you make such a hyperbolic statement like this, you aren't taken seriously. You are incredibly uninformed. Or, probably a better statement is that you are informed by partisan hacks who are trying to influence you to vote for McAuliffe. What do you hope to accomplish, if elected?

Where are his plans for all this? On his website? |
|
based on his own website, can anyone find any stance on any issue?
https://www.youngkinforgovernor.com The closest that I can find is a link to join his election integrity task force (someone owes Orwell royalties for that name). |
Moderates are yelling at the GOP, begging them to just give up the whole Trump thing but they are all in 100% with the Big Lie. Guess I have to get comfortable with the "leftist" label. |
