Do we know when he was pulled away? Was he in the 'secure location' during the lockdown or had he already left at that point? I can't tell from the news reports. If he was in the secure location with an active case, this could definitely turn into a superspreader event. Getting a test 'as a precaution for traveling' doesn't help much if you don't get the results until after you've spread it all over town! |
