What exactly is it about Ivanka Trump that is so off-putting?

I have a problem with her duplicity (she says she stands for the environment, for women, for LGBTQ rights) and then supports her father and the GOP who totally attempt to destroy these.

I have a problem with the fact that she is a federal employee but seems to serve no real purpose in government and that both she and her husband are uniquely unqualified for the roles their given at international meetings.

Her appearance doesn't bother me. Her teeth don't bother me. All of this discussion of her physical appearance is irrelevant.

It's embarrassing when she is sent to diplomatic events, as if we can't get anyone serious, qualified or well-informed.

In my job, it would be disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention unproductive, if clients or partners sent one of the managing partners young sons or daughters who was not up to speed. It would waste our time.

As someone who converted to Orthodox Judaism out of sincerity, not to marry someone, she makes things harder for me and everyone like me. It's all fake. She wears clothes that are inappropriate for secular work environments, let alone for an Orthodox woman. She eats in treif restaurants. She flies to Saudi Arabia on Shabbos. From the Orthodox, this just causes more suspicion that converts can't be taken seriously, and from the non-Orthodox, people think that if she does these things, why don't I? Because she's "Orthodox," so it must be OK. It's an embarrassment and a chillul Hashem.

Whatever you think of her politics or her background, Nancy Pelosi is actually a skilled legislator, as evidenced by the difficulty the Republicans have had in unraveling her greatest accomplishment, the affordable care act. She also was the first female speaker of the house. She was someone who broke through glass ceilings and yes, she is not the most charismatic or charming person, but unlike Ivanka, Nancy’s bread and butter does not come from marketing a false image. Nancy specializes in getting shit done.

I agree with you. While what I said about ivanka I wholeheartedly believe, I added the part about Nancy just to bug the new off putting thread which is obvious retaliation for this one.

Seems like they are both not long for the WH, and never should have been there in the first place.
