I'm quite certain that the UK tabloid quoted above is a complete fabrication. I'm also quite certain that it is Charlie Sheen and I doubt anyone here feels even a little sorry for him. Self destructive behavior leads to self destruction.

he clearly isn't. he looks terrible, and he certainly would not if he lived like a normal person and took his HIV meds. he's probably going to be dead within 10 years. HIV plus continued cocaine/alcohol/god knows what else abuse is not going to end well.

they split up in 2005. He likely got the disease 2011-2014, after he started going off the rails and doing massive amounts of drugs/getting fired from tv shows/giving interviews about winning and tiger blood.

He's 51 and hardly a kid. He made his own choices and he will have to live and die by them. I'm sure that he has lots of wild/crazy times to look back on....no way did he not know that he was taking HUGE risks with his health and the health of the people he was with. He knew.

Now at least some of these people might think twice before exchanging bodily fluids with this guy.

Martin has had his own fair share of demons but, yeah, Charlie's antics are enough to make even his old man blush.
