Very tired of this uneducated response. It is 2025. Wake up please.

The US taxpayer is providing BILLIONS in taxpayer funding to Israel every year. If we can stop doing that then the Israelli made wars will have to stop and they will have to learn to play nice with their neighbors. We wlll have a safe world.

Many of us are tired of the US being a vassal state and treasury for Israel.

How absurd and myopic. Israel didn’t start October 7 and the world wouldn’t become “safe” if this conflict ended. Do you think the whole world revolves around this one conflict??

You are right. Israel didn’t start this on Oct 7th. It started this in 1948.

You could lobby Israel to release their 10000 hostages for starters as well as stop raping them. Including children who have been held for years now...never hear much sympathy for any of them.

The Jews and Palestinians in the ME are all to blame for their hateful and murderous ways.

Yes, those cursed infants starving to death in Gaza are to blame for their hateful and murderous ways. Israel needs to allow in humanitarian aid to save them.

AIPAC has confirmed that aid shipments get intercepted by Hamas rather than used for the intended civilians.

FTFY. Reliable, unbiased source, obviously.

Many prisoners have been released by Israel yet our American Mr Alexander is not one of them.

We also put children in jail when they do things like stone throwing. In fact we have an entire juvenile criminal justice system.

An investigation is just that - an investigation which could be followed by charges if substantiated.

There is nothing like that for our American being held.

All hostages held by Hamas need to be released.

Really, an investigation? There's footage of soldiers raping the Palestinian hostage.

You talk about an American hostage being held yet the IDF has killed multiple American citizens in the past year. That is really government doesn't care about its own hostages when they've killed far more than they've rescued.

Trying to justify having children hostages taken without trial or tortured with forced confessions is just shameful.

Actually it started decades before that. During the inter-war period between 1917 and 1938 Zionist paramilitary forces and terrorists groups like the Irgun/Haganah, committed numerous massacres against Palestinian civilian outposts.

Ahhhh, the silly children arguing over who started it. It does NOT matter who started it!!! The cycle of death of innocent people in that region must stop. Shame on the Jewish and Palestinian people of that region for not demanding better, more peaceful leaders. When you don't step up and assassinate or otherwise remove murderous leaders, you are complicit in their murders.

I think context matters very much and part of that is understanding how things began and why they are as they are now. One side is the occupier, colonizer, oppressor, genocider, has an army with advanced weaponry and technology that controls electricity, food, water and all the basic needs of the other population. It is unrealistic to expect violence to and so long as Injustice persists.

PP here. Yes, you are correct. I was just trying to keep it simple because so many here don’t seem to know the history of Zionism and Israel’s founding.

Israel is a powerful, rich country with a well-trained military that receives billions of dollars in aid from the US. It also receives billions of dollars worth of military equipment from the US.

Gaza is a poor, battered, enclave. Most of the residents of Gaza are refugees who were kicked off of their land when Israel was created. They have no military. They have no billions of dollars of weapons. They have no tanks. They have no fighter jets. They have very little because what goes into and out of Gaza has been controlled by Israel for decades (way before Oct 7th). To suggest that this “fight” between Israel and Palestinians is a fight of equals, is just ludicrous.

This child's picture is being used for propaganda. Please do not fall for it.

Are you nuts? I’m the person that posted it and I’m neither Jewish nor Muslim and I only care about the children. I wasn’t even aware until a few days ago how bad the situation was there. If you think that showing a picture of a starving child is “propaganda” then you’re really far gone. I don’t care who started what and who thinks they have the moral upper hand. I only care that children are dying.

It isn't a fair fight due to the IDF's money and resource superiority. There is no noticeable difference between the hate both sides harbor. We've seen hospitals blown up in Gaza. We saw the videos from Oct. 7th. Hate, hate, hate is all that is. Grow up people. Both sides have been in the wrong for a very, very long time.

Watch the South Park episode about Sally Strothers. You will then understand the pp’s post better.

What propaganda? Are you saying that there is abundant food and aid in Gaza? That there is no blockade from Israel? Please, do tell us the truth.

Same reasons Hamas holds meetings in temples, schools and hospitals. Human shields/ rules of engagement.

So was that child a starving child in Gaza or not? Is your claim that this is a manufactured image?

Fertility rate in Gaza is 3.6 - 7.0 children per childbearing aged woman, each of the last 30 years.

Makes no sense to have non-stop kids in poverty, no job, region run by religious terrorists.
What’s going on?

The poorest countries of the world also have the highest fertility rates. It’s always been the case.

Contraception and abortion are usually restricted by "authorities", in Gaza case - Hamas.

PLO Hamas wants more children and more fighters. Did you check out the female infantcide rates too? Not pretty culture.
