I’ll take fun and fellowship over vanity. Age comes for all of us eventually.

+1. I don't drink very much anymore because of the way it wrecks me the next day, but I completely agree. I think women trying so desperately to hold on to youth look the worst.

Shocker, but you can enjoy life without drinking on a regular basis. Take care of your health and appearsnce.

no they just traded one addiction for another.

This is why I stopped drinking. Even the slightest bit gave me a headache the next morning. And now I don't miss it at all. I'll have a non-alcoholic beer every now and then because I do like the taste but I can do without the alcohol.

The sleep/headache thing is too real. I still have a glass of wine from time to time, weekends only. On weeknights I figured out that a good mocktail (usually involving light ginger beer with a splash of lime or pineapple, some kind of garnish) happily fills the space where a glass of wine used to be

There's nothing negative about being healthy and looking your natural best. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and obesity are not healthy; but feel free to indulge in all and look your worst.

That went right over your head, didn't it? The amount of drinking I do has zero effect on my looks (if you learned how to read, you would have seen it). However, the amount of obsessing you do about looking young is definitely off-putting and not attractive at all. Age gracefully and take that stick out of your ass. I guarantee you'll have a much better time.

Another one who not only completely missed the point but apparently can't read either.

LOL. You're a nice piece of work. It's obvious you don't care about your appearance.

No amount of alcohol is healthy.

Just like smoking has become a rarity, so will drinking.

Then read about alcohol and its effect on your health.
