It is being ignored because it is a Nothingburger.

But they don't have hard evidence. They are still citing stupid things like the FD-1023 which contains second-hand rumor of a big bribe, which in fact was false info planted by Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani. Lev came out and admitted it.

Absolutely nothing, say it again.

They literally have not passed any meaningful legislation in the 7 months they have been in control of the House.

Would the Senate approve of, or the current President sign into law, any legislation passed by this House?

I am old enough to remember Bill Clinton singing bi-partisan legislation. Same could happen today if the GOP were willing to be bi-partisan.

Allegations made in an interview with a fugative is not "hard evidence"

Hard evidence would be proof of money transfers or corroborating testimony.

That doesn't exist here.

Surely if the FBI under Wray, a republican, had found something, they would have acted on it.

Bill Barr and the DOJ did not close the investigation into the FD-1023. The US Attorney in Pittsburgh vetted it, found it credible, and passed it on to the US Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss - where it fell into a black hole, was never seen by Gary Shapley or his team of criminal investigators.

Why?

David Weiss, the Trump appointee who said he has had total independence in this matter and has also passed on any charges related to this.

After being appointed twice by Obama as interium and acting AG. Don't forget he was highly recommended by two Democrat Senators.

The Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach and remove the President, Vice President, and all federal civil officers for treason, BRIBERY, or other high crimes and misdemeanors ...

Trump appointed Weiss to this responsibility. And yes, if and when there is proof of bribery, the perpatrators should be indicted and prosecuted. We don't have that now, because there isn't proof.

They do have bank transfers. Those are not second hand, those are direct transfers to the bidet's family members.

Back before the days of social media and inflammatory opinion news, the two parties would get together and try to solve problems. Unfortunately (to put it mildly), the House Republicans have no interest in governing.

And what Biden policy was bought? The Ukraine defense which all of the West (and many Republicans) vociferously supports?

How is it that Democratic majority House and Senate always manage to work with Republican Presidents and enact appropriations and authorizations bills to keep the government running yet Republican majority House and Senate can’t work with any Democratic President on anything and couldn’t even pass all the appropriations bills when Trump was President? Pelosi had to come in and get everything enacted in 2019 and then manage 2020 for Trump and McConnell. Speaker of the House is a constitutional office with constitutional responsibilities. McCarthy needs to start doing the job he begged for.

There is nothing illegal in the bank transfers. They were normal business transactions and Joe was not involved.

Untrue. They haven’t looked at Biden. They haven’t interviewed him or many of the other recipients. There is a recipient simply identified as Biden which could be him to the same degree that it couldn’t. You are staying as fact something you cannot know and you are then using it to ignore lots of incriminating evidence. One of the scandals is how the FBI hushed and slow rolled this entire thing even though it appears, among other things, to show that what many have speculated had occurred actually did occur. It also seems to help explain the exorbitant wealth of the longtime senator and community college professor.

Rob Walker (yes a convicted felon) will lower the hammer next week. He has nothing to lose and knows where the bodies are buried.

The bank transactions are old news that have been investigated. The source of the funds was a legal business partnership. The recipients were partners or investors.

The "slow roll" claims are bogus given it all happened under William Barr. Why would Barr protect the Bidens? Also, the claims of Ziegler and Shapley have been refuted and denied by Weiss.
