No one is “hating” anyone here. This is about who has the authority for this level of spending, Congress or Biden.

I disagree. There is plenty of hatred, and it is mostly coming from a bunch of spoiled women who are some of the most privileged people in the world. But instead of being happy with what they have, they are acting like greedy miserable old hags and moaning about someone less fortunate than them getting something. Yuck.

Disagreement isn’t hate.

Oh, I am enjoying watching the online meltdown of dumb borrowers.

Well, they are insufferable people nonetheless.

Why don’t you go do something that will put you on the path to being a better person? I’m sure that a local food pantry needs help today. You have problems, even if having crushing debt isn’t one of them.

Insufferable people can be right about the law.

They can be wrong too, just like the Supreme Court was. Weakest finding of standing in the history of jurisprudence. And BTW, right or wrong, they still have to look in the mirror every day, and the picture will not be pretty.

But they aren’t wrong and neither was the courty. Even Pelosi disagrees with you.

They were wrong to find standing in this case. Pelosi never said anything about that. Law 101, there must be standing to sue before the merits of a case are considered.

Most professors that are actually teaching are adjuncts or non-tenure track or graduate TA's. They make peanuts compared to most of the DCUM posters. And real tenured professors actually work nonstop on research and other university activities.

“Real tenured professors work nonstop?” Ha! I almost spit out my coffee! Thanks! I needed a good laugh.

Professors working non stop on research. Hilarious. Even engineering professors don’t do that. I hire them as expert witnesses all the time.

The ignorance about all this isn’t surprising.

These rich white insufferable women clearly weren't paying attention during their civics class at their Ivy schools. Wonder if they're legacies as well pushing their Marxist message.

Missouri did have standing. The program “cut into Mohela’s revenue, impairing its effort to aid Missouri college students…This acknowledged harm to Mohela in the performance of its public function is necessarily a direct injury to Missouri itself.”

I’m happy to see the Supreme Court actually having principles and reigning in Biden and the liberal establishment, whose entire platform consists of wealthy white people cutting cynical deals intended to protect their privileges by handing out benefits to other “marginalized” groups at the expense of MC/UMC families who’ve played by the rules.

I volunteer at a shelter actually. Upper middle class brats who were dumb enough to take loans out for their gender studies MA at AU are not in need like the people I see. Pay your loans back deadbeat.
