BTW, another HS in Region 2 distributed it to all seniors in the fall of 2020. Care to explain why?

Parents of these kids will tell you about a very long trajectory of care before that is even discussed. Kids don't just say " I wanna be a boy." Teachers are promoting it, hiding it, encouraging it. These were long processes that started when these kids were toddlers, and no surgery until many years later, and in one case, no surgery ever- the kid is now about 30.
