I am excited to see Connor in the previews. I am hoping now that Logan is gone he can finally feel free and be more assertive. Team Connor.

I would’ve loved to see it on Willa too! I did like the nod to Willa’s mom hamming it up and wanting Willa to marry Connor for the $$. It’ll be interesting to see what happens if Connor is broke from the presidential campaign and if anything went awry with Logan’s will. I did think it was a realistic and somewhat touching conversation between Willa and Connor where she says yeah the money makes me feel safe and she is happy, and she won’t walk away..yet.

Last night while watching I tried to find out the name of the actress playing Willa's mother but couldn't find it anywhere, including on IMDB. Anyone know?

I just finished reading "Unscripted" about Sumner Redstone and his succession, or lack thereof at Viacom/CBS as well as his very complicated relationship with his children. The writers of Succession are clearly inspired by that saga, along with, obviously, the Murdochs. It's totally crazy town and worth a read.

I believe in the behind the scenes episode for EP1 of this season the director (?) talks about the change in Willa's character to more of a protector of Connor and how she has genuine feelings for him. She has a front row seat to how the rest of the family (esp Logan) has treated Connor and she doesn't like it. I think Willa may be staying.

Did you notice how horrible she looked when she walked back to talk to the company leaders on the plane? She was absolutely in shock and was suddenly all smiles and less aggressive. Unless Logan provided for her in his will she is completely sol.

I know they were in shock, but I thought it was so telling that they didn’t even think of going to get him so he could have a chance to say goodbye. He’s always an afterthought to them.
