I'm able to watch it. Are you in the U.S.? |

I'm not sure, but...
It could be that Paltrow has home insurance; she notified her carrieer, and the carrier refused to settle. I think in that scenario, Paltrow can't settle herself without risking losing her insurance. If the insurance company thinks this is just a rip-off law suit and Paltrow has no liability and/or thinks the amount plaintiff has asked for is unreasonable, it could be that the insurance company is driving this to go to trial, not Paltrow. If she settles to make this go away, I think she may risk having the insurance company drop her. It may feel that caving into a lawsuit like this will make it more likely that someone else will sue her for a larger amount. |
| “Wellness” isn’t really a factor in how your skin ages. Unless you do Botox and other procedures, you’re probably going to look like your parents. |

How or why would she lie when describing his skis coming in between hers. I am convinced and believe her. There is no reason for her to go through this trial if she wasn’t defending her name, reputation and family. He is the liar or it could be that he is confused as to what happened. The fact that he wanted to sue her for 3 million, tells you all you need to know.
Good for Paltrow, same as Depp. Fight the shakedown. |

I originally thought Gwyneth was going to be guilty especially her attitude the first day just by watching a few clips. I went back and listened to the trial and 100 percent believe her.
The guy tried to sue for $3 Million. Waited seven years to sue. he said he had a go pro of the incident but somehow no longer does and instantly did he was famous for this. It’s a shakedown. His only quote witness is color blind, couldn’t remember anything and is clearly lying. He changed his story a few times. The guy also is almost 70, blind in his right eye (same side he broke ribs; I think he ran into her) and limited sight in other eye. He also had previous brain issues and injuries. Gwyneth also said he back hurt, she went back to the room didn’t ski any longer and went for a massage. Gwyneth for the assault may have had some ill thoughts due to a recent stalker and or previous sexual abuse. Those actions and her defense of what went through her mind just doesn’t EVER leave. She doesn’t want to be there so it not publicly. She’s holding strong to the shakedown. Her husband and kids will testify Mon. |
minimal sun exposure {no suntanning or sunbeds} no smoking minimal alcohol |
+1 I'm glad she's countersuing, even for only $1, which makes her point even more clear. She was not at fault here and this guy is clearly trying to shake her down. Hope she wins. |
Spot-on analysis. Caving to this guy - who is clearly not well - just opens the door for other people to cue up the frivolous lawsuits. |

No. The plaintiff will not settle. |

This happened years ago and I can’t trust any of their recollections.. Just judging from the injuries, it’s more likely that she hit him. If you are hit from behind, and are lucky that neither of you are going too fast, their velocity goes from 10-20 mph(or higher) to zero when they hit you, while your velocity goes from 10-20 mph to 30-40 mph until you hit the ground or a tree or another skier. They stop and you get accelerated. If you have ever been hit from behind, you know exactly what this feels like. It’s like you are running down a hill and someone plows right into your back.
People who believe that it’s more likely that she got hit from behind and skied away unscathed while he was knocked unconscious with broken bones have a weak grasp of physics. They are both biased in their recollections, as are their witnesses, and people are notoriously unreliable about their memories. If you watch the testimonies and “have a feeling” that one or the other are telling the truth, how can you argue that with a straight face? I think the whole thing should be dismissed unless they can definitively say that the rib fractures occurred from striking someone in front or being struck from behind. Without proof like that, it seems more likely that he was the one struck, but no one can say for sure. |
| All these comments supporting her are so fake. |
I was was able to watch it and wow! Unbelievable what she did. It’s child endangerment. After watching the video I 100% believe she crashed into the skier because she wasn’t looking. |
That’s not how it works. |
| Also all the blinking when she talks makes me feel like she's shifty. |
